The Putnam Horse Council is a chapter of the New York State Horse Council. 

Becoming a member will support both organizations.  Please circle  Putnam Chapter on your membership application.  40% of your membership dues will support our chapter.
 
To join the Putnam Horse Council, you may download and print out a copy of the membership application here:   NYSHC/PHC Membership Form.   Just fill out and send with your payment to the address as noted on the application.
 
The current dues are as follows: (Memberships are for calendar year only - January 1 - December 31)
 
Individual - one adult (includes all children in the household under 18) -  $  55.00
Family - two adults (includes all children in the household under 18)     -   $ 75.00
Life - $ 500.00 
Life Member Insurance (Membership paid) -  $ 20.00 for Individual or    
                                                                               $ 40.00 for Family Coverage
Club / Business / Educational Institution memberships are offered as well (see application form).
