The Putnam Horse Council was founded in 1988 by  a group of enthusiastic and committed horse lovers whose aim was to bring together equally minded equestrians in Putnam County.  We share riding activities, such as club trail rides, charity rides and paces, as well as equine educational programs, or PHC social gatherings.
